Newport Shipping partners with Unithai Shipyard for its online ship repair

London-based ship repair and conversion services facilitator Newport Shipping has further increased its global portfolio of ship repair yards with Thailand’s Unithai Shipyard & Engineering, which it now has a strategic partnership with. Unithai is a well-established repairer in the Far East and is known for its advanced facilities and technical capabilities.

The yard offers two large floating docks, Unithai 2, capable of docking vessels up to 50,000dwt, and Unithai 3, capable of accommodating vessels up to 180,000dwt, backed up by a 380m repair quay, with a 45-ton capacity crane, and a 100-ton capacity floating crane.

Turkey, Romania, Las Palmas, Gran Canaria; Lithuania Tampa, Florida, USA and now Thailand.
